Contact us

Because our reception hours are limited, telephone contact can be difficult. Email is our preferred method for general administrative enquiries.

Email and your privacy

Email is not a secure way to send personal health information. Only send information needed for your referral, with appropriate patient consent. If you have privacy concerns, call reception to discuss how to provide your documents. Our inbox is not monitored outside reception hours. If you need urgent help, see urgent support.
